This simple yet delicious pancake stack is the perfect way to start your day! This recipe is refined sugar-free, oil-free, uses rolled oats in place of regular white flour, contains a healthy dose of good fats and is made using wholesome ingredients. Serve with fresh fruit & enjoy a healthy and scrumptious breakfast to kickstart your morning.

Serves: 1

Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds

Method: 

1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

2.  Preheat a frypan on medium heat (lightly grease if required).

3. Use ¼ cup of the batter to form each individual pancake. Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden and cooked through.

4. Transfer onto a plate and top with maple syrup and fresh fruit. Enjoy immediately!
