Tell us a little bit about yourself?

Sure! My name is Gloria, I’m based in Sydney and run a fashion/food/lifestyle blog whilst working full-time in marketing. I’m unashamedly a bit of a homebody and my ideal Friday night would involve lying in bed with Netflix and a ton of food. Specifically carbs. Oh, I love carbs.

What does your perfect morning look like?

As difficult as it is (especially in winter), my perfect morning always begins with getting up earlier than needed so I can laze around and have some me-time first thing in the morning. A quick barre or pilates workout followed by breakfast and a shower and I’m a happy gal.

What’s your number one sleep tip?

Put your mind at rest before you go to sleep. If you need to, make a list of all the things you need to do and tell yourself tomorrow is a new day. It’s the worst thing going to bed with 101 things on your mind and waking up exhausted!

How do you wind down in the evening?

Cup of tea, a face mask and a movie.

How has koala helped your sleep?

I absolutely sleep like a baby on my Koala mattress. I tend to heat up easily throughout the night which disrupts my sleep, but ever since I’ve gotten my Koala mattress this hasn’t been an issue at all!

How did you first get into content creation?

To be honest, my content creation journey simply started out as a process of journaling my outfits so I could save time (and sleep in) in the morning! I then fell in love with creating beautiful content and sharing it with people who shared similar interests. The rest is history

What are your tips for someone interested in becoming an influencer?

Give everything a try. If you feel strongly about something, give it a go because if you never try you’ll never know. Most of all, I know it’s cliche but stay true to what you love because it WILL definitely shine through! Know why you’re doing what you’re doing, and don’t let anything go to your head.

What are three things you can’t live without?

My phone, my bed, my carbs.
