Ever tried boiled bananas? They could transform your sleep FOREVER.

It may not sound appealing, but this remedy has been proven to work and comes with no side effects, making it safe for the whole family.

The key ingredients in the special tea are bananas and cinnamon, both of which act as a
powerful sedative and an incredible insomnia remedy. 

When combined together, the magnesium and the potassium from the banana,  and the
circulation boost and blood sugar-regulating properties from the cinnamon, work together to reduce anxiety and create a calming effect.

In fact, after drinking the special banana tea brew, many report instant feelings of drowsiness and tiredness. Once asleep, this brew has also been shown to help you sleep deeper and longer.

Here is the recipe for Boiled Banana Tea (don’t worry, it’s easy!) --

Ingredient List (for one serve)
- 1 banana (organic bananas are preferred as you will also be using the skin)                     - 1 Litre of purified water
- 1 decent sized pinch of cinnamon
- 1-2 tsp honey (optional)

Directions:
1. Boil the water in a large saucepan.

2. Keeping the skin on, simply cut the ends off the banana. Add the banana, peel and all
into the water and boil for about 10 minutes.

3. After about 10 minutes, turn down the temperature and sprinkle cinnamon in to the
water. You can also add a few teaspoons of good quality honey if you want to
sweeten the drink.

4. Allow the water to cool slightly before straining it into a mug.

5. Sip the banana tea one hour before going to bed. You can add more cinnamon or
honey if desired too.

(Note: You can definitely eat the banana, but it is best to not do so just before bed.)

This simple recipe has been proven to work and will have you feeling sleepy in no time. This is due to the potent effect of the magnesium and potassium. Cinnamon also promotes circulation and helps to regulate your blood sugar levels, which
